THE FRENCH REVOLUTION AND IDEA OF NATION The very first idea of nationalism was originated by french revolution. They do following things to establish common identity – 1. They change name of state general to national assembly which was elected by active citizen. 2. A new tri colour flag was replaced from old royal standard. 3. They abolished all internal customs and dues. 4. Uniform system of weight and measurement was established. 5. Regional dialects (local language) were abolished and French became the common language. 6. They started providing equal rights to all the people of the country. DEFINITION Stomata are small pores present on the epidermis (covering or upper most layer of plant body) which are surrounded by tow guard cell and it is responsable for exchange of gasses and transpiration process. DIGRAM HOW STOMATA OPEN AND CLOSE The  opening  and closing of  stomata  are controlled by the  guard cells . When water flows into the  guard cells , they swell up and the curved surface causes the  stomata  to  open . When the  guard cells  lose water, they shrink and become flaccid and straight thus closing the  stomata .(In this process potassium ion is important) HOW TO MAKE STOMATA SLIDE 1.
